A Spirit Capture Oil Portrait is currently $10,000US per person painted.
Remember, 5% of your purchase goes to the charity of your choice,
and 5% to mine.

Terms
The current terms for a Spirit Capture Portrait by Robbi Firestone follow:

• 50% to secure dates for calendar booking. Non refundable.
• 50% plus sales tax is due at time of delivery
• Travel expenses are absorbed by client if sitting requires artist to travel 90 miles or more from Spirit Capture, LLC.

  Copyright of the commissioned work will remain with the Artist.
  Subject of portrait will be required to sign a Model Release form
  (or Guardian of Subject if under 18).

Cancellation
The 50% is non-refundable one week prior to date of sitting. If the client cancels the portrait completion after the sitting, the unfinished work will belong to the artist.

Applicable Law
The contract for the commissioned work shall be governed by the state of Washington, United States of America.
